If you will be in Portland before July 31st, please go and see Fraction's show at Pushdot Studio! It's a great celebration of 10 years of Fraction Magazine with work from some incredible artists and friends!
Here & Now Exhibition
I'm very excited to have 5 works in Here & Now, at NMSU's University Art Gallery and the Las Cruces Museum of Art. Thank you to Marisa Sage and Joy Miller and your hard-working staffs for putting together the show. Come on out to the join opening this Friday, June 1st!
Cruces Creatives Opening
Cruces Creatives is an amazing new space that recently launched in Las Cruces. It will provide equipment/space for all sorts of creative endeavors, including 3D printers, laser cutters, a wood shop, digital output lab and more. NMSU grad students Jeff Erwin and Victor Beckmann organized an exhibition in conjunction with the opening of the space, focusing on how technology influences creative practice. I included a piece "Yorktown Heights" from my series Volley, which utilizes technology (in particular, the screen) in hopes of bringing attention to how our interaction with personal snapshots has transitioned from the physical to the digital world. Cruces Creatives is truly a unique and valuable addition to our community, so let's help support and sustain it!

Feature in Art Practical
A huge thank you to Jamee Crusan for her write-up about my work in Art Practical. Jamee is an accomplished artist who makes thought-provoking sculptures and installations, and it was a treat to have the chance to speak with her earlier this year. She has interesting insights into my work and writes about her observations in a unique, funny, approachable style. Here is a sneak peek - click the image for the full article.
Work in "Fertility" at Hohm Gallery
I'm very excited to have had 3 pieces in a show/silent auction curated by the lovely Bridey Phillips at her new home/gallery/creative space, Hohm Gallery in Los Angeles. Bridey has such a great sense of community and love for life and I'm happy to have work in one of her first ambitious exhibitions, which brings together artists with a wide variety of styles and interests from all over the country.
Studio & Gallery Durango Exhibition
I'm very excited to have my piece Egg Timer in the Juried Exhibition "Women" at Studio & Gallery in Durango, Colorado!
